 Need not be present to win.

 Winner is responsible for all taxes.

 All Vehicle winners must claim their prize at Michael Motors, Gassaway, WV 304-364-5132

 All 4 wheeler winners must claim their prize at Mid-State Marina, Flatwoods, WV 304-765-7325
5.
 All gun winners must claim their prize at Jerry's Sporting Goods, Horner, WV 304-452-8227 All firearm winners will be subject to a background check.
6.
 Cash Prizes will be available the day of the drawing.
7.
 No ATVs or pets allowed inside the gate.
8.
 Prizes based on 4000 tickets sold if less are sold prizes will be reduced.
9.
 Maximum of 5000 tickets will be sold. Any monies received after 5000 tickets will be returned to purchaser.
10.
 Not responsible for accidents.
11.
 Must be 18 years of age to purchase a ticket or tickets.
12.
 Unsold tickets become the property of the Glenville State College Athletic Fest.
13.
 Guest must purchase tickets at the gate. No advance guest tickets will be sold.
14.
 If the drawing is not held, all monies will be returned to the ticket holder.
15.
 Proper identification is required to claim any prize. Social Security number of the winner is required by law before prize can be claimed.
16.
 All prizes must be claimed within 15 days of notification or the prize will be forfeited to GSC Athletic Fest.
17.
 Neither Glenville State College or any other person, organization or business sponsoring or participation in the Fest, assumes any liability for any claims for injury or other damages arising out of the possession of any firearms, ATVs, Vehicles or any other prize obtained through this ticket; and by accepting the ticket, the holder acknowledges that limitation on liability.
18.
 All winning tickets must match number drawn in exact order.
